Shipping Policy
Customers purchasing high-quality tools can have their items shipped anywhere in the U.S. at America Tools. We want to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, which customers can see through our commitment to fast and reliable delivery. Customers have two shipping options when placing orders through America Tools:
Standard Shipping
Orders take one to three business days to process. Customers will receive a shipping notification for their item within three to five days of placing their order. If a manufacturer has an item on backorder, customers will receive that product once it becomes available.
Expedited Shipping
Customers must contact us for more information about expedited shipping options. While on the phone, we give customers a quote for their order and place it once they approve. Customers handle expedited shipping fees separately from their orders.
Some items may not be eligible for expedited shipping – especially if items are on backorder through the manufacturer. We work diligently to ensure customers receive their products within a comfortable timeframe. However, some products may arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances.
Additional Shipping Perks at America Tools
America Tools aims to make the ordering process easy and convenient for customers. That’s why we offer free shipping for orders over $150 within the contiguous U.S. We also provide options for customized shipping, like switching to alternative carriers or meeting USPS restrictions. Customers can contact us about their customized shipping needs, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
We also offer freight shipping options for items too large to ship via traditional transit. Freight shipments take approximately seven to 10 business days to arrive at the customer’s home. Customers should expect to pay additional delivery fees if the delivery must happen inside or in a residential area. They may incur additional fees if delivery workers require lift-gate services. Customers undergoing freight shipping must provide a direct phone number for delivery.
Alongside our extensive shipping options, we also protect all customer orders. We accomplish this by putting some orders through an Address Verification Process. If a customer places an order with different shipping and billing addresses, we notify them to complete address verification. This protects customers and allows orders to remain accurate.
In addition, if a customer’s order totals $200 or more, delivery services may require a signature for delivery. Customers unable to sign for their package can contact us before their item ships. Some medium-sized orders may not be eligible for shipping.
Shipping Orders to Non-Continental U.S. and Washington State
America Tools can ship anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Washington State, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. However, customers should be aware that shipments to these states and territories may incur additional charges and may mean extended processing and delivery times. Customers from these areas may contact our customer service team for more information about expected delivery schedules and potential extra costs.
